Microneedling

What is Microneedling?

Microneedling is a cosmetic procedure. It involves pricking the skin with tiny sterilized needles. The small wounds cause your body to make more collagen and elastin, which heal your skin and help you look younger. You might also hear it called collagen induction therapy.

What is Microneedling
with PRF & PRP?

PRP (Platelet-rich plasma) or PRF (Platelet Rich Fibrin) therapy can be used to reduce fine lines, wrinkles, and scars. During PRP or PRF treatment, blood is drawn, centrifuged (spun down) to separate the plasma and the platelet-rich portion (PRP) that is rich in growth factors from the red blood cells. By microneedling the PRP or PRF back into the skin, collagen is stimulated, and new tissue is generated.

Blood platelets aid in stopping bleeding and repairing damaged blood vessels and cells in the body. Additionally, platelets contain substances known as growth factors that activate and rejuvenate cells in the body.
