New Patients

If you are a first-time visitor to Spa Greystone, please fill out the New Patient Forms and bring them to your appointment.

Payment & Financing

Spa Greystone accepts cash as well as VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards. We are sorry for the inconvenience but do not accept personal checks.

There are also a variety of cosmetic surgery financing plans available to help you manage the costs associated with procedures and treatments at Hedden & Gunn Plastic Surgery and Spa Greystone.

Cancellation Policy

Time with a service provider is blocked on our schedule for your appointment. We are happy to reschedule all appointments with advance notice of 24 hours. Clients who do not show up or cancel less than 24 hours prior to their appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service(s) to the credit card on file. No-shows and late cancellations for services that are part of a series package (e.g., a package of multiple laser hair removal treatments) will result in deduction of the service from the remaining number of treatments.

Parties of two or more people scheduled for multiple services are asked to give us a cancellation notice of at least 72 hours. If your party is on a Saturday, please provide a notice of at least 5 business days.

If you are scheduled for a fractional laser, Pearl fractional laser, or CoolSculpting treatment, independent cancellation policies apply as noted in your quote.


We will be happy to exchange or issue a spa credit for any unopened, unused product within 30 days of purchase. We cannot offer refunds on products that have been opened or returned unopened more than 30 days after purchase. We are happy to give you samples of products to try prior to your purchase of a product.

Services & Treatments

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment.

If a client does not tolerate a procedure, we will be happy to offer a credit for alternative services equal in value to the services that has been purchased. No cash refunds can be given on unused services, and credit for services cannot be used to purchase products. We make no guarantee as to the final result for client's treatments and we do want to make clients aware that our recommendations regarding number of treatments are only an estimate to achieve optimal results, additional treatments may be needed.

People who are taking antibiotics for any reason cannot receive laser treatments due to the possibility of an adverse reaction. Patients must be off antibiotics for 14 days before treatment can take place.

Pre-Treatment Instructions

We reserve the right to cancel and reschedule procedures if a client has not followed our pre-treatment instructions (e.g., sun tanning before a laser treatment) as described in our written pre-treatment guidelines for each treatment, and to charge the cancellation fee. This policy is to ensure that our clients have the best possible outcomes from their treatments and reduce the risk of an adverse result.
